She has a strong track record in supporting organizations through growth and transformation, sparring companies and leadership teams, and designing practical service pathways and pedagogical models that truly work in practice.
Outside of work, Virpi is deeply engaged in athletics — serving in leadership roles, coaching on the track, or finding inspiration on runs through her nearby forest.
